Getting Melam from notes using Venkatamakhi's system. Though 16 names are used only 12 positions in the octave are used. Next is 'pa' followed by 'da' and 'ni' chosen from the next 4 poisitions as in the case of ri, ga. 'Sa'(Thaara Shadjam) comes next.
